15M30 - Amplifier Module

The E&I 15M30 module is a rugged source of RF power. It produces 15 W of Class A linear power output over the entire frequency range of 2 MHz – 30 MHz. Operation over the entire frequency range is possible without the need for any switching.

The 15M30 module has low harmonic distortion, -25 dBc and below. Power gain is rated at 42 dB with a typical gain flatness of +/- 1.5 dB. The required supply power is 24 Vdc, 5A maximum. Forced air or cold plate cooling is required to maintain proper performance. The input and output impedances are both 50Ω.
