10M200 - 10W, 300kHz - 200 MHz Amplifier Module

The E&I 10M200 module is a rugged source of RF power. It produces 10 W of Class AB linear power output over the entire frequency range of 300 kHz – 200 MHz. Operation over the entire frequency range is possible without the need for any switching.

The 10M200 module has low harmonic distortion, -20 dBc and below. Power gain is rated at 40 dB with a typical gain flatness of +/- 1.5 dB. The required supply power is 24 Vdc, 3A maximum. Forced air or cold plate cooling is required to maintain proper performance. The input and output impedances are both 50Ω.
